Yes! Buses will be arriving at the Omni Seaport Hotel at 4:30PM on Saturday, and will pick up guests on the corner of D Street and Summer Street, right by the entrance to The Sporting Club. The buses will return to the hotel at the conclusion of the wedding (midnight).

Yes, Granite Links has a large free parking lot and you can even leave your car overnight. Uber & Lyft are readily available, so please utilize them and stay safe!

Our ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 PM. All guests should find their seats no later than 5:45 PM. Please plan accordingly and don't underestimate Boston traffic. We recommend grabbing a mudslide at Crossing Nines if you arrive early!

The majority of our wedding will be indoors (you're welcome for the air conditioning)! Guests are welcome to spend some time outside during cocktail hour, and the expansive Grand Ballroom balcony will be open throughout our reception.

We love your children, but our wedding is an adult only event. We have made a very limited exception for the children in our wedding parties. Thank you for understanding and making accommodations to celebrate with us!

Yes! There is a heated outdoor pool and a hot tub on the 5th floor. The hotel requires reservations due to limited space - please use the link under "Things to Do" to reserve!

Yes! The Omni's discounted rate is extended from July 14, 2026 to July 21, 2026.
